Bio
Garth Roberts

A resident of Cape Town, South Africa and a lover of the mountains, Garth has long had a desire to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain on his continent. Garth is a chiropractor specializing in sports medicine and pediatrics. He’s also studied cancer therapy in areas such as radiation physics, radiobiology and nuclear medicine.

“I have, as a result, always supported any effort to raise funds awareness for cancer research,” he says.

Garth’s wife is joining him on the Prostate Cancer Climb. Both of Rosita Roberts’ grandfathers have battled prostate cancer. In addition, Garth’s uncle has the disease. He said wants to climb the mountain for these and all the men who suffer from this deadly killer.
